What a small business can automate
Almost anything that always follows the same steps. A lead that comes in through your website and ends up in the CRM, with an alert to sales and a first reply within minutes. Supplier invoices that arrive by email: the AI reads the amount, the date and the tax ID and files them in your accounting software or a spreadsheet, ready to review. Appointment reminders and answers to the usual questions on WhatsApp, handing over to a person when needed. The Monday sales report. Or your online store's stock and orders kept in sync with invoicing.
When it pays off, in numbers
Before quoting we do a simple sum: hours a month the task takes, times the hourly cost of whoever does it. If the automation will not pay for itself within a reasonable time, we tell you and we do not build it. What works best is what repeats often, follows clear rules and today depends on someone copying data from one place to another. What works worst is a process that changes every week or happens twice a month.
Why custom code and not a template tool
Template automation tools charge a monthly fee that grows with every task they run, and as soon as your process steps off the script you have to bend the flow or drop it. We code it to measure: the code is yours, it fits how you actually work and you do not pay per execution. You only pay, separately, for the services your flow really uses, such as the WhatsApp Business API or the AI model, and we tell you how much before starting.
AI with its feet on the ground
AI is good at reading documents, sorting messages and drafting. It is not good at deciding on its own which invoice gets paid or what gets promised to a customer. So we keep a human review on the steps that matter. With personal data we use providers with a data processing agreement and, where possible, servers in the European Union. If a process should not go through an AI, we tell you.

Who this is for, and who it is not for
It fits if someone in your business spends hours every week moving data between programs, answering the same WhatsApp questions or chasing invoices. It does not fit if you want a chatbot that does everything on its own from day one: that does not exist, and whoever sells it to you is selling smoke. We start with one process, measure what it saves and move on to the next.

Which processes in my business can be automated?
The ones that always follow the same steps and today depend on copying data by hand: incoming leads, filing invoices, appointment reminders, frequent replies on WhatsApp or email, recurring reports and syncing your online store, CRM and invoicing.
How much does it cost to automate a process?
From €300 per process. The final price depends on how many tools need connecting and whether AI is involved. We review the process with you at no cost and give you a fixed price before starting. If the flow uses paid services, such as the WhatsApp Business API or an AI model, we tell you what they cost.
Why custom code instead of a template automation tool?
Because those tools charge for every task they run and tie you to their templates. With custom code the flow fits your process, not the other way round, you do not pay per execution and the code is yours: if you ever switch providers, you take it with you.
Can my business automate WhatsApp?
Yes, with the official WhatsApp Business API: automatic replies, reminders and alerts, handing over to a person when needed. To message a customer who has not written to you in the last 24 hours, WhatsApp requires templates approved by Meta.
Is my data safe if you use AI?
We use providers with a data processing agreement and, where possible, servers in the European Union. Sensitive data does not go through an AI unless it has to, and the important steps keep a human review.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
No. We connect the tools you already use as long as they have an API or let you export data. If one does not, we tell you before starting.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every flow alerts you by email or WhatsApp when something goes wrong, so nothing gets lost silently. You get the documentation and every account in your name, and maintenance is optional.
