When a custom app makes sense
An app is justified when there is a workflow currently held together by spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and repeated manual work. If you lose hours every month reconciling the same thing, or if growth keeps hitting a process that does not scale, there is a tool there that pays for itself. If not, you probably do not need one yet.
What we actually build
Anything from an internal tool for your team to an application your customers use. It usually includes user access and permissions, the database, the admin panel and integrations with what you already run. Server, infrastructure and testing are part of the project, because an app without them does not survive its first month in production.

There is no list price because no two workflows are alike. We start at 3,000 euros and build the quote feature by feature: we list what is needed, price each block, and you decide which ones make the first version and which ones wait. You can see where every euro goes and cut scope without losing the project.
Start small and grow, not the other way round
The most expensive mistake with an app is trying to launch it complete. We would rather ship the version that solves the main problem first, put it in the hands of the people who will use it, and build the rest from what we learn. It costs less and avoids paying for features nobody ends up using.
After launch
An app is not finished the day it ships: it needs updates, someone watching that the server holds, and fixes for whatever turns up. Maintenance is optional with no lock-in. If you would rather run it with your own team, we hand over the code and the documentation and that is that.
